Ordering and Payment
Simply send an email to orders@ekajewels.com with your preference of jewelry piece with the stone number, wire color and cord color, if applicable. Upon receiving your order, I will email you a paypal invoice for the total. For more information on paypal, visit www.paypal.com. Your order will be shipped within one week of receiving your payment.

Shipping
Shipping for US orders is a flat rate of $5 through USPS Priority Mail. International Orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority for a flat rate of $10. Eka Jewels is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.

Returns
Since each piece of jewelry is handcrafted, Eka Jewels can only offer a replacement on defective merchandise. The customer MUST notify Eka Jewels immediately upon receiving the defective merchandise. The defective item(s) will only be replaced 14 days after the ship date. Email customerservice@ekajewels.com
